- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Everything at VisionFirst is excellent, from appointment setting to the eye exam! The reception staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Christina, my tech this time, was very upbeat, professional, and quick, which I totally appreciated. And, as always, Dr. Kye Mansfield is amazing! She remembers me each year and tracks the progress of a couple of problem areas without my having to ask about them! She always explains her findings in detail and in lay terms that I can understand. The accounting staff was friendly and extremely efficient as well. I leave feeling like a member of the family each time. As much as I hate having my eyes examined, I look forward to my annual eye exam at Vision First Alabaster!November 11, 2017by Joy Cannon
